Shipping, Return and Refund

Delivery Cost:

  •  UK (mainland) - Free

Next day Delivery (order placed before 12:00pm): 

  • £7.95 (DPD next day delivery) for uk mainland. Please note next day delivery not available for remote area.

Standard Shipping Times:

If you place an order on a Saturday, Sunday or a Bank Holiday, your order will be dispatched the next working day. Our estimated delivery times are:

  • UK: 3-5 working days

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Returning items purchased online:

​We truly hope you love the pieces you purchased from Cashmerebuzz, but if you are not satisfied with your order and wish to make a return, ​please note the following:

  • You have 14 days to request a refund or exchange your purchases from the date that you received your item(s), email care@cashmerebuzz.com to arrange a return. If a return is notified outside of this period, returns and refunds will not be accepted.

  • Item(s)must be unused, with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, or altered under any circumstances.

  • Items should arrive 14 days of us being noticed of the return.

  • Once we receive your unworn goods back, we will refund you in full.

  • Please note that original and return postage is non refundable.

To complete your return:

1) Please email care@cashmerebuzz.com to let us know which item(s) you would like to return.

 

2) We will email you a correct return address. Note that we do not offer free returns, please use a shipping company of your choice to return your item(s), we do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

3) Pack the item(s) with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact, and mail the package back to the return address provided. Returns will be processed within 14 days of arrival at our warehouse.

4) You will received an email notification once your refund has been issued.

5) Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used when placing your order. Please allow a few working days for the refunds to appear, depending on your bank.

Damaged or Faulty item:

If your item(s) arrive damaged or faulty, please email care@cashmerebuzz.com within 3 days of receipt to arrange a return. Include  photos of the damage and packaging, along with your order number. At this point we will issue return label and offer you either a refund or exchange depending on stock availability.

Unfortunately, return postage costs can only be refunded if they have been pre-approved by us in writing prior to the return.

Similarly, if you encounter any quality defects with your item(s) after receiving and using them, please contact us by email. We will do our best to rectify the situation as quickly as possible, you would need to provide evidence that the item(s) were originally faulty, and ensure the damage isn't due to normal wear and tear.

 

Exchange or replace:

For exchanges, you will need to place a new order for the item that you wish to receive.
